Brigette, a culinary artisan trained at the renowned Mozaic in Ubud and the illustrious NOBU by Nobu Matsuhitsa in Malaysia, ties it all together with her intrinsic understanding of the vibrant Indonesian palate.

Culinary gem
We had the most incredibly delicious meal tonight. Cooked by two Chefs trained under Gordon Ramsay and at Nobu, among other 5 star restaurants. Absolutely the best meal I have had in Bali. Subtle flavours and a fusion of influences. Partnered with a French rose wine, we enjoyed every dish. So much so, we’ve booked to go tomorrow night to try the rest of the menu.
Simple yet sophisticated
Had an amazing dinner at Tanau. So simple yet sophisticated flavours. Excellent pairing with Indonesian flavours and western ingredient. Having the small plates give you an opportunity to try more dishes. Just note that they could probably only seat 20 people. I was lucky with the walk in. Excellent service.
Discovered a treasure
Really lovely out of the way spot that makes you feel like you discovered a treasure. Dishes are elevated Balinese with a twist. Everything is absolutely delicious. In particular we’d recommend the cauliflower, aubergine, bao and pork chop.
